..On the 6 of September at 4 o clock PM, Jean-Roy Bastien, More ..commonly known as Captain Dread Rackham of the ship Davy Jone's Lament and its crew, was murdered after a struggle. He was gunned down at point blank with a high powered gatling gun by a crewmember gone mad on the beach of the crew's island hideout. Onlooking crewmembers present on the deck of the anchored-down ship during the incident report that the crewmember was the on-board healer, Xenoxi. They tried to stop her with the ship's cannons but did so too late. Most of the captain's head has been blasted away after he suffered a large sword wound to the stomach. By rule of the code, the crewmembers are now free to disband or elect a new captain, after they properly dispose of their former captain's cadaver.
